These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit, register with, or use Evotaya. Please read the whole agreement before creating an account, depositing Philippine Pesos, placing a wager, or joining a game. Using Evotaya means that you accept these rules and agree to follow them.

Acceptance and Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Evotaya concerning access to the website, account services, sports markets, live casino games, card games, fishing games, promotions, payments, and related features. References to “you”, “your”, or “player” mean the person using the platform. References to “we”, “our”, or “the platform” mean Evotaya.

Age, Legal Capacity, and Location

Evotaya may ask for documents or information that confirm your age, identity, address, nationality, or location. You must not access the platform on behalf of an underage person, allow a minor to use your device while signed in, or create an account for somebody who is not eligible. If the platform reasonably suspects that an account belongs to or is being used by an ineligible person, access may be restricted while the matter is reviewed.

Registration and Account Security

Registration information submitted to Evotaya must be accurate, current, and complete. Your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and other requested details should match valid identity records. You must update relevant information if it changes. False, misleading, incomplete, or duplicated details can delay verification, deposits, withdrawals, or account restoration.

Each eligible player may normally maintain only one Evotaya account. You must not sell, transfer, lend, share, or trade an account. Your login credentials are personal, and you are responsible for keeping them private. Evotaya may pause a payment or limit account functions while verification remains incomplete. Refusing a reasonable request or submitting inconsistent information may result in extended restrictions or account closure.

Deposits, Balances, and Withdrawals

Evotaya displays supported balances and transactions in Philippine Pesos. Available methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard cards. Availability, processing periods, minimum amounts, and maximum limits may vary by account, payment provider, and review status.

Use only payment methods that you are legally authorised to operate and that are registered in your own name unless Evotaya expressly approves another arrangement. Third-party deposits may be returned, delayed, or reviewed. Never use stolen funds, unauthorised cards, reversed transfers, or payment accounts belonging to another person.

A deposit does not guarantee immediate availability if the payment provider reports a delay, mismatch, reversal, or technical issue. Evotaya may request proof of transfer before manually investigating a missing transaction. Account balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to completed verification, available balance, payment ownership checks, turnover requirements connected to valid promotions, provider limits, and fraud prevention review. Evotaya will normally return funds through an appropriate method connected to the verified account. Do not cancel and repeatedly resubmit a request simply to change its place in processing.

Wagers, Odds, Results, and Settlement

Before submitting a sports wager, you must review the event, participant, market, selection, line, odds, stake, and estimated return. For casino, card, or fishing games, review the displayed game rules, paytable, credit value, and control settings. A transaction is accepted only when Evotaya records and confirms it.

Odds and market lines can change before confirmation. If the displayed price moves, you may be asked to accept the revised price. Evotaya may suspend or close a market during important game moments, after new information becomes available, or when technical feeds are interrupted. A selection placed after its result was already known may be cancelled.

Wagers are settled using the official result and the applicable market rules. Later statistical corrections may not change a settlement unless the relevant rules say otherwise. Abandoned, postponed, interrupted, or rescheduled events may be voided or kept open according to the displayed settlement conditions.

Evotaya may correct an obvious error, including a clearly incorrect price, impossible market, duplicated payment, inaccurate return, or settlement caused by a technical failure. Where practical, the platform will restore the account to the position that would have applied without the error. Players must not knowingly exploit a mistake or delay in the system.

Promotions, Bonuses, and Rewards

Evotaya may offer bonuses, rebates, cashback, free bets, tournaments, or other promotions. Every offer may have separate eligibility rules, validity periods, minimum deposits, turnover conditions, game contributions, maximum stakes, withdrawal limits, or excluded markets. Those specific rules form part of this agreement when you join the offer.

Read the promotion terms before opting in. A bonus balance may not be immediately withdrawable, and some games may contribute differently toward a turnover target. Evotaya may remove promotional value or related winnings where a player uses multiple accounts, coordinated play, opposite-side wagering, irregular betting patterns, or another method intended mainly to bypass the stated conditions.

Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, promotions are personal, non-transferable, and limited to one use per eligible player, household, device, payment method, or related account group. Evotaya may end or revise an offer, but already accepted participation will be handled under the applicable conditions where reasonably possible.

Prohibited and Unfair Activity

You must use Evotaya honestly and for personal entertainment. The following activities are prohibited:

Creating duplicate, false, borrowed, or automated accounts.
Using another person’s identity, payment instrument, or login credentials.
Colluding with other players or coordinating wagers to manipulate outcomes.
Using bots, scripts, unauthorised software, scraping tools, or automated betting systems.
Exploiting incorrect odds, delayed data, game faults, or payment errors.
Attempting to interfere with Evotaya security, availability, software, or network functions.
Using the account for money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, or other unlawful activity.
Threatening, harassing, or impersonating players, staff members, or service providers.

Evotaya may review connected accounts, devices, payment details, network information, and betting patterns where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected. Depending on the findings, affected transactions may be cancelled, funds connected to abuse may be withheld where legally permitted, and access may be restricted or closed.

Responsible Gaming and Personal Limits

Evotaya services are provided for adult entertainment and should not be treated as employment, an investment, or a guaranteed way to make money. Every wager can lose. You are responsible for setting an affordable PHP budget and ensuring that gaming does not interfere with rent, food, transport, utilities, education, debt payments, healthcare, or family responsibilities.

Useful habits include setting deposit and loss limits, deciding how long a session will last, taking regular breaks, and avoiding play while upset, tired, or under the influence of alcohol. Never borrow money to use Evotaya and never increase a stake simply to recover an earlier loss.

Account Suspension and Closure

You may stop using Evotaya and request account closure after pending transactions and any required checks are resolved. Before closing, withdraw eligible funds and keep any records you may need. Responsible gaming restrictions can involve different procedures from an ordinary voluntary closure.

Evotaya may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for a material breach, failed verification, security risk, unlawful conduct, payment reversal, fraud concern, self-exclusion requirement, prolonged inactivity, or another valid operational or legal reason. The platform may first restrict deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, or gameplay while reviewing the issue.

Where an account closes, legitimate available funds will generally remain payable after deductions authorised by these terms and completion of necessary checks. Evotaya may retain records for security, legal, financial, and dispute-handling purposes even after access ends.

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

The Evotaya name, logo, interface, written content, graphics, layout, databases, and related platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Service Availability and Technical Issues

Liability and Player Acknowledgements

You acknowledge that gaming outcomes are uncertain and that previous results do not guarantee future performance. Evotaya does not promise that a strategy, statistic, tip, price, promotion, or game feature will produce a profit. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evotaya is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from unavailable service, third-party payment delays, user error, events beyond reasonable control, or use that breaches these terms. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for decisions made through your account, applicable taxes or reporting duties, the legality of access from your location, and compliance with personal limits. If a translated explanation conflicts with the English version, the English en-PH wording controls unless mandatory law requires another result.

Questions, Complaints, and Disputes

If you have a question or believe an Evotaya transaction was handled incorrectly, contact support at support@evotaya.best. Include your account identifier, the date and time, relevant transaction or wager reference, the amount in PHP, and a clear description. Do not send your password or full payment credentials.

Evotaya will review available account records, provider information, settlement rules, and payment evidence. You may be asked for further documents. Please allow a reasonable period for investigation, especially when a third-party game or payment provider must supply records.

Both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter fairly through the internal complaint process. These terms are interpreted according to applicable rules and subject to any mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot be waived.

Changes to the Terms and Final Provisions

Evotaya may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect new features, legal requirements, security practices, payment arrangements, provider rules, or operational changes. The updated version will display a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through an account notice or another appropriate channel.

Continuing to use Evotaya after revised terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the service and request account closure after resolving pending transactions. A change will not normally alter a wager already accepted unless needed to correct an error, comply with law, or apply the market rules that existed at confirmation.

If one part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not permanently waive that right. These Terms and Conditions, together with incorporated policies and specific promotion or market rules, form the agreement governing your use of Evotaya.
